FREE ESTIMATE===We come out and see what items you have & what you want done. We advise you on what we think would be the best for your situation. Our company offers you choices so you can decide what is best for you. We ask that you don't throw anything away until we come out.

ESTATE SALE/TAG SALE===We set up everything for the sale. We move furniture or anything that needs moving. We price everything and do all advertising. You do nothing. We run the sale and at the end of the sale we give you a check minus our fee of 35%. We will leave the items leftover from the sale or we can try to get someone to come and buy the remaining items. The details will be determined in the contract.  We can not  guarantee the amount of any Estate Sale. We give you a list of items sold. The list is customer amount not per item. 

All Sales are Fri, Sat, Sunday & from 10am-3pm
